David O'Brien
Principal Partner, David joined the firm in 1982, is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Business and University of Colorado Graduate School of Business. His background includes appraisal and feasibility studies.
John Richert
Principal Partner, John, a 1977 MBA graduate of Arizona State University and 1972 graduate of Beloit College, joined the firm in 1988. Prior to joining Terrix, he worked for Wells Fargo Bank.
Brandon Rogers
Vice President and Stockholder, Brandon is a 1994 graduate of Vanderbilt University. His background includes loan origination and underwriting. He joined Terrix in 2000.
Kevin Chadwick
Vice President and Stockholder, Kevin rejoined Terrix in 2002 and has 18 years experience in commercial real estate development and finance. He has a BSBA degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Denver.
Chris Bourgeois
Loan Originator and Real Estate Analyst, Chris joined the firm in 2009. Chris graduated from Colorado State University with a BSBA with a real estate concentration.
Amy Gibson
Vice President, CFO and Stockholder, Amy, a 1983 graduate of Colorado State University joined the firm in 1992. She has 17 years experience in property valuation and analysis.
Marsha Blair
Vice President and Stockholder, Marsha has been in real estate finance for over 30 years, bringing a high level of expertise to the company.
Rick Oleson
Senior Real Estate Analyst, Rick, a graduate of Manitoba Institute of Technology, has over 35 years experience in real estate financing in both lending and mortgage banking.
Jay C. Richert
Real Estate Analyst, Jay started with Terrix in 2002. He is a graduate of the University of Akron and received his MBA from the University of Colorado.
Linda Snell
Servicing Assistant, Linda, a Bemidji State University graduate with experience in customer relations, insures efficient service.
